CompanyAIO is intended for legitimate company compliance and governance workflows, not for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

3. Not professional advice

CompanyAIO is a software tool that helps you track and organise compliance-related information. It does not provide legal, accounting or tax advice. You remain responsible for obtaining professional advice where necessary and for ensuring that filings and obligations are met.

4. Third-party services and data

The Service may access or display data from third-party sources (for example, Companies House). We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or availability of that external data.

5. Plans and billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing terms (including pricing, billing period and cancellation) will be presented to you at checkout. We may update pricing from time to time, and will give reasonable notice for changes to existing subscriptions.

6. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompanyAIO will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example, via email or in-app notification). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
